I have been in the field of plastic surgery for three decades. I started my career in India where I worked in busy medical institutes in Mumbai, Delhi and Nagpur….

After doing my Masters in general surgery, I chose to pursue plastic surgery qualifications. My special skills, such as ambidexterity (working with both hands), art, and sculpting, helped me excel in the department of plastic surgery. I passed two exams in plastic surgery, MCh from Mumbai University and DNB (Dip of National Board) from Delhi in the year 1995/ 1996.

I then traveled around the world to work in leading institutes in Australia, USA, Bahrain, and South Korea. I spent time with the pioneers such as Prof. David David, Dr. Tony Moore, Prof. Lan Jackson, Mr. Chul Park, Dr. Ashok Gupta, and Dr. Tarik Saeed to refine my skills in craniofacial surgery, aesthetic surgery and laser surgery.

With God’s blessing and careful planning, I have conducted more than 10,000 procedures with very high success rates – a highlight being minimal complication rates. I have performed more than 2,000 liposuction procedures using various techniques like traditional liposuction, vaser, laser, vibrolipo and bodytite (radiofrequency assisted sculpturing).

Over the years I have gained experience that has helped me pioneer advanced surgeries like 3-Dimensional body contouring, waist sculpting, extensive lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and post weight loss body lift. I am fortunate to travel around the world to teach and share my knowledge with fellow plastic surgeons. Teaching is indeed a huge passion.

Having performed over 1,000+ breast surgeries such as breast implants, breast lift, breast reduction and reconstruction, I do have my own secret techniques to deliver perfection and have gained popularity as a breast surgeon.

My background and study in the field of craniofacial surgery has helped me to learn and perfect the art of face lift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, chin implants, antiaging, and filler injections for face.

When I started practicing plastic surgery in Dubai, it was a personal mission to raise the quality in Dubai for cosmetic surgery. Today it’s feeling of pride to be leading Cocoona – the Best Aesthetic Clinic in UAE.
